ADMISSIONS

What to Expect

The admissions process typically includes:

  1. Initial Inquiry/Referral Submission
Contact our team via phone, email, or our website to express interest and learn more about our services or to complete a referral.

  2. Consultation Call
We’ll schedule a call to discuss your child’s needs, answer your questions, and help determine if our program is the right fit.

  3. Assessment & Intake
If appropriate, we’ll schedule a guided tour and an intake assessment with one of our licensed clinicians. This may include reviewing previous evaluations, gathering background information, and identifying specific goals for treatment.

  4. Assessment Outcome

Following assessment, our treatment team will meet to determine if your child meets the criteria based on diagnosis, assessment scores, presenting behaviors, etc.

  1. If your child meets the criteria, you will be contacted by a member of the clinical team to discuss your child’s start date and to discuss transportation.

  2. If your child does not meet the criteria, you will be contacted by a member of the clinical team to discuss the reason for the denial and provide alternative resources.

Our admissions team is here to guide you through every part of the process with care and clarity. We understand that this is an important decision, and we are committed to helping you feel confident and supported from your very first call.
