Group Therapy
Group therapy is facilitated by a licensed clinician and provides a structured, supportive environment where youth can explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors alongside peers. Sessions focus on building coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving through guided discussion and therapeutic activities. The clinician ensures a safe, respectful space, promotes engagement, and tailors interventions to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each participant.
Process Groups
Process groups provide a safe, clinician-led space where youth can openly share thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the present moment. The focus is on interpersonal interaction, emotional expression, and peer feedback. Through guided discussion, participants gain insight into their emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns while building communication skills, empathy, and healthy coping strategies.
Psychoeducation Groups
Psychoeducation groups are structured, clinician-led sessions designed to teach youth practical information and skills related to mental health and emotional well-being. Topics may include emotional regulation, stress management, coping skills, healthy boundaries, problem-solving, and self-awareness. These groups help youth better understand their thoughts and behaviors while learning tools they can apply in daily life.
